Friends of Halstead of St Andrew's (FOHSA) is a registered charity led by parent and carer volunteers, dedicated to strengthening the partnership between families and the school.

Our mission is to foster a supportive, connected community through a wide range of social and fundraising events.

Highlights of our calendar include much-loved occasions such as Fireworks Night, the Parents’ Christmas Soirée, the Summer Fair, and the Summer Ball, alongside termly gatherings and family events that bring everyone together.

Funds raised by FOHSA directly support projects that enrich children’s education and wellbeing. Working in close collaboration with the school, we ensure that every contribution benefits pupils’ learning and enjoyment.

The charity is overseen by a committee of trustees, but all parents and carers are warmly invited to attend meetings, share ideas, and get involved—whether through ongoing involvement or occasional support.
